CITRUS STRAWBERRIES 
1 qt. ripe strawberries, washed and hulled
3/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. bitter orange marmalade
2 tbsp. Brandy Orange liqueur or orange juice
Cinnamon-Walnut (recipe follows - optional)

Place washed, hulled berries in self-sealing plastic bag with lemon juice and turn to coat berries with juice. Marinate 1 to 2 hours; discard juice. Slice berries into bowl. Add marmalade and spirits or juice. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with cinnamon-walnut topping, cake or cookies. Serves 6 to 8.

CINNAMON - WALNUT TOPPING:

1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar or orange marmalade
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix all together.
