COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. can Pet milk
3 well-beaten eggs
1 c. packed coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar and butter. Add milk, eggs, vanilla and coconut. Pour into a pie shell that has been baked for about 5 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until brown.
