PINEAPPLE FILLING 
10 to 12 slices cubed white bread
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter

Drain pineapple (keep juice). Beat sugar, eggs and butter until light and fluffy. Pour over bread cubes and drained pineapple. Add enough juice to moisten well.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Serve from oven.
