HAWAIIAN ICE CREAM PIE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Maraschino cherries
Pecans

Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and melted butter together. Turn into a 9 inch pie pan. Spread mixture evenly over bottom and sides and pack it to form crust. Chill for 30 minutes.

Carefully pack softened vanilla ice cream in graham cracker lined pan. Spread drained crushed pineapple over top. Decorate with cherries and nuts and place in freezer. Keep frozen until ready to use. 8 servings.
