BEEF AND CORN CHEESE BAKE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. chopped onion 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1/3 c. water 1 c. drained chopped tomatoes 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 2 c. cooked noodles Brown beef well. Drain well. Add onion. Cook until tender. Pour in remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until hot. Stir. Garnish with parsley, if desired. |
