HAMBURGER-CORN BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (12 oz.) can corn
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Combine meat, onion, catsup, salt, chili powder and oregano in 10-inch skillet. Brown and drain. Grease 10-inch pie plate; line with meat. Pour corn into center of meat shell. Prepare muffin mix as directed, adding butter. Spread evenly over meat and corn.

Bake at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Invert on serving plate. Combine remaining sauce ingredients; heat and serve with meat.
