VEGETABLE CRUNCH SALAD 
2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflowerets
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. sliced zucchini
3/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
1/4 c. sliced carrot
1 c. Italian salad dressing

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
