DOLLY'S PIE CRUST | |
4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. lard or Crisco 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1/2 c. water, cold Sift flour, salt and sugar; cut in lard. Add beaten egg to water with vinegar. Mix together with dry ingredients. Place ball of dough in refrigerator for 15 minutes and then roll. Makes 2 double crust pies. |
