EASY PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cut flour and shortening until fine. Add sugar and salt. Mix in a measuring cup water and egg; add vinegar with fork. Mix together to form a ball. Chill 15 minutes before rolling.
