4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. Crisco
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix flour, sugar, and salt well; cut in Crisco. Beat egg, vinegar, and water together and add to flour mixture. Divide dough into 5 portions. Good frozen for later use.
