SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 sticks soft melted butter
1/4 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. or more of chopped nuts, if desired

Mix wet ingredients to dry. Add nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees on lightly greased cookie sheet 10-12 minutes.
