EASY TACO SOUP 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
28 oz. can tomatoes
15 oz. can tomato sauce
30 oz. can refried beans
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce can of water
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1 lg. pkg. corn chips
8 oz. sour cream (optional)

In a large pot, brown beef with onion. Then add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, water and seasoning. Bring to a boil, stirring and then simmer covered about 20 minutes.

To serve, crunch corn chips in bowls. Add soup, top with cheese and a dab of sour cream.
