RETA'S SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS | |
3 lb. hamburger 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 med. grated onion 2 slices soaked & squeezed bread Salt & pepper to taste 1 (1 lb.) jellied cranberry sauce 1 (11 oz.) size meatless tomato sauce (I use Prego) Put the cranberry sauce and tomato sauce into the blender to mix well. Blend the eggs, onion, bread and seasonings with the hamburger meat and mix together. Form small balls and add the meatballs to the sauce. Simmer, covered for 1 hour. |
