SWEET 'N SOUR PARTY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix together the ground beef, cracker crumbs, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and milk. Roll into small balls. Bake in shallow pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir 2 or 3 times while baking. Drain.

For the sauce, heat chili sauce and jelly until melted. Blend in lemon juice. Add meatballs to sauce. Simmer a few minutes.

These can be made ahead by freezing meatballs in sauce. Thaw and heat in covered casserole in 325 degree oven until hot enough to serve or heat in crockpot.
