SHRIMP SALAD 
2 pkgs. (12 oz. size) frozen ready to cook shrimp
1 c. bottled Italian style salad dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. celery (thinly sliced)

Cook shrimp according to package. Plunge into cold water. Devein. Rinse in cold water, drain. Pour Italian dressing over shrimp in medium bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour. In small bowl, combine other ingredients. Add to shrimp. Serve with lettuce and paprika.
