SALMON CROQUETTES 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
2/3 c. oat bran (can use bread or cracker crumbs)
1 sm. onion, minced
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients. Make in patties. brown slowly in non-stick vegetable spray.
