GREEK CHICKEN WITH POTATOES 
6 chicken breasts
3 lg. red potatoes
1/4 c. olive oil or other oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Oregano
Paprika

Trim fat from chicken. Clean or peel potatoes, cut into pieces and place in large flat pan with chicken, skin side up.

Pour oil and lemon juice over chicken and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, oregano and paprika.

Bake about 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Baste with oil-lemon drippings - you may decide to add a little more oil or lemon juice or water.

Turn oven to 375 degrees and bake another 30 minutes.

Baste again and let sit a few minutes before serving.
