GREEK CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
2 lemons using both juice and rind
4 green onions (bunch type)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
4 cloves of garlic, crushed

Herb spices to taste. Marinate chicken overnight in sauce in refrigerator. Bake in 350 degree oven or cook on grill. NOTE: Use casserole dish.

NOTE: 100 servings: 40 pound pork roast, 18 quarts oysters.
