BAKED CHILI RELLENOS 
4 sm. cans whole green chilies
10 oz. grated Jack cheese
5 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin powder

Layer chilies alternately with grated cheese. Use 8" square Pyrex dish. Mix beaten eggs, butter, salt, pepper and cumin powder. Pour this mixture over peppers and cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
