CHILI RELLENO BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 (4 oz.) cans green chili
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Cut chilies lengthwise, remove seeds. Spread half of chilies in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Brown meat with onion. Drain fat. Season with salt, pepper, spread meat mixture over chilies in baking dish and arrange remaining chilies on top. Combine milk, flour, eggs. Add Worcestershire. Pour over meat and chili layers. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
