CURRIED PEAS AND CELERY 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced or chopped fine
10 oz. frozen peas
2 tbsp. water

Place all ingredients in a covered casserole. Microwave on high (100%) 5 minutes. Stir. Cover and microwave until peas are tender, about another 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
