BRAZILIAN CAKE 
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix lightly add 1 3/4 cup boiling water. Mix well and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. milk

Cream sugar, butter. Mix in cocoa. Add milk and mix until smooth.
