PEANUT BUTTER SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix and set aside above ingredients. Boil:

1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 sticks butter (Parkay)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. water

Add to the above mixture. Stir and add the following:

1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into a 12"x18" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. crunch peanut butter
1/4 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to a boil. Add enough powdered sugar to make a good thick frosting. Pour over the cake.
