MACARONI SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. salad macaroni
10 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2 slices onion, chopped
1/2 jar sweet gherkins, chopped
1 pkg. (12 slices) American cheese, minced
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
About 2 c. mayonnaise

Cook, drain and cool pasta. Mix all together. Refrigerate 2 hours. Serves 12-16.
