BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1/8 tbsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. catsup

Cook spareribs for about 1 hour in salt water. Then drain and place in baking pan. Mix all ingredients, cook to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Pour cooked sauce over spareribs and bake for 1 hour or until tender at 375 degrees.
