CHERRY YOGURT REFRIGERATOR PIE 
15 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 cup butter
1 small carton cherry flavored yogurt
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 cups Cool Whip
3 tablespoons cherry flavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water and cooled
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons crunchy bran cereal

Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers in a 10-inch pie pan. Press firmly into bottom and sides of pan.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 12 minutes. Refrigerate.

Combine remaining ingredients. Pour into chilled crust and freeze for 4 hours or longer. Remove from freezer 20 minutes before serving.

Optional Garnish: Before freezing, top with extra cracker crumbs, chopped nuts or cereal and chopped maraschino cherries.
