COLORVISION ICING 
3 tbsp. gelatin dessert granules (Jello)
1/4 c. egg whites
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. water

Combine all ingredients. Place over boiling water in double boiler and beat with electric mixer on high speed until icing holds peaks. Remove from heat and beat about 1 minute longer. Spread on cooled cake. Icing for 2 layer or one 9 x 13 inch cake. Any flavor Jello may be used.
