COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Dash of salt
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. sweet pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
9 drops Tabasco sauce

SAUCE:

3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco sauce

Mix meatball ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place single layer of meatballs on ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Place meatballs in casserole dish. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour longer.
