COCKTAIL MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. Corn Flake crumbs 1/3 c. dried parsley flakes 2 eggs 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/3 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. minced onion 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix the ground beef, Corn Flake crumbs, parsley, eggs and soy sauce. Form into small meatballs and brown. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, heat and pour over the meatballs in a cake pan. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. The browned meatballs can be frozen and made later. |
