COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
2 lb. or 3 lb. ground beef
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 or 2 cans beer
1 lg. bottle ketchup

Make meat balls and bake in oven on a cookie sheet until brown; approximately 20 minutes in 350 degrees.

Make sauce and bring to a boil on stove. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add meat balls to sauce. Make 24 hours ahead to blend flavors.
