UPSIDE DOWN PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onions and celery
1/4 c. green peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/3 c. cold water
3 slices cheese, cut diagonally

Brown meat, onions, celery, green peppers. Drain grease, stir in soup, salt. Pour meat mixture in pie pan. Combine: Biscuit mix and water. Roll or pat on top of meat mixture. Bake, turn upside down on platter, top with cheese. Oven temperature at 450 degrees, 15 minutes.
