UPSIDE DOWN PUMPKIN PIE 
20 oz. pumpkin, canned and pureed
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 box yellow cake (pudding or no)
13 oz. evaporated milk
3 eggs, beaten well
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts, chopped "or more"
1 c. melted butter

In bowl, mix everything but the cake mix, nuts and butter. Pour this mixture into a 9 x 12 baking dish. Top with cake mix, cover with nuts and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
