2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. to lg. onion (chopped)
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
12-16 oz. can or jar tomato sauce
4 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In skillet saute beef, onions, green pepper. Brown well then add tomato sauce, catsup, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix together well. Pour into a 9x13 pan.

Take 2 boxes of Jiffy corn muffin mix. Mix according to directions and spread evenly over the ground beef in pan. Bake 400 degrees, 25 minutes.

Also can be topped with biscuit dough roll out to fit top of meat in pan.
