2 lb. stew meat
5 carrots
1 med. onion
3 lg. potatoes
3 stalks celery
1 qt. tomatoes
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
Salt & pepper to taste

Turn all fat from meat. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Cut carrots into 1 inch pieces. Chunk onion and potatoes. Slice celery. Put all in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 12 hours on high 5-6 hours.
