SALMON BUNS 
1 can salmon
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 or 3 eggs
Cracker meal crumbs (1/4 to 1/2 c.)
Seasoning as desired
Oil for frying

Drain and clean salmon from can. Mix with onion, eggs, crumbs, seasoning together. Shape into balls and fry over medium heat in oil. Flatten with fork. Turn when golden brown and fry on other side. Can substitute tuna for salmon.
