TANGY MEAT LOAF 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 med. minced onion
3/4 tsp. ground thyme or marjoram
1/2 lb. ground pork shoulder
3/4 c. beer
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2 tsp. salt

Beat egg slightly with fork. Stir in beer and Tabasco. Add bread crumbs, onion, seasonings and meat and mix well. Pack in 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Even better with equal portions of chicken, pork and veal.
