SALMON LOG 
1 lg. can pink salmon, drained, skinned & bone removed
1 tsp. horseradish
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. chopped parsley
3 tsp. minced onions
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Flake salmon. Combine salmon with lemon juice, horseradish, liquid smoke, salt and pepper, cream cheese and onion; mix well. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon into 8"x2" log. Roll in nuts and parsley mixture.
