CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE | |
1 stick butter 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese Melt butter. Remove from heat, stir in flour and salt until it is smooth. Slowly stir in 2 cups milk, until well blended. Return to heat. Add cut up cheese, stir until this all comes to boil and is thick. Remove from heat. |
