2 pkg. cornbread mix or your own cornbread recipe
12 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1 c. Miracle Whip
salt to taste

Crumble cornbread. Add bacon, pepper, onion and Miracle Whip. Then add salt and tomatoes. Mix gently.
