HONEY NUTTERS 
1 c. chunky peanut butter
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
16 graham crackers
1 c. shredded coconut or toasted wheat germ, optional

Combine peanut butter, honey and milk in mixing bowl; stir until blended. Crush graham crackers to make fine crumbs. Add crumbs to mixture, mix with hands. Make little balls by rolling between palms of your hands. Roll each ball into wheat germ or coconut to coat evenly and refrigerate.
