FRUIT SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) pineapple chunks
4 oranges, peeled & cut in chunks
1 bunch seedless grapes, cut in half
2 lg. grapefruit, peeled & cut in chunks
2 fresh peaches, peeled & cut up
4 Kiwi fruit, peeled & cut up

Mix all fruit with 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle 1 package instant lemon pudding over fruit and gently fold in. Let set in refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before serving. May add bananas if serving right away. Bananas will turn dark if left in salad very long. I use this with fresh melon or any fresh fruit in season.
