RENA'S BEST BRAN MUFFINS 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 c. buttermilk
1 c. 100 percent bran cereal
2 c. Miller's bran, from Spatz's

Put into muffin pans which have bottoms greased. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool a few minutes before removing from pans. Makes 15 to 18 muffins. Excellent frozen and reheated.
