CORN CHOWDER 
1 can cream style corn
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. green pepper
3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. diced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Empty corn into a pot. Add rest of ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Place on stove at medium heat. While chowder is heating, stir gently with a wooden spoon. Let soup come to a boil and serve piping hot.
