NEW ENGLAND CORN CHOWDER | |
1 lg. onion 2 tbsp. butter 2 med. potatoes 2 c. skim milk 1 c. whole milk 1 can creamed corn Saute onion in butter until light brown. Wash, cube, and cook potatoes 15 minutes. Warm milk but do not boil. Add potatoes, corn, and onion; simmer until done. |
