NEW ENGLAND CORN CHOWDER 
1 lg. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 med. potatoes, diced
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
17 oz. milk

Saute large onion in butter. Peel and cut potatoes (diced); add to sauteed onion. Add small amount of water to cover. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add 1 can of creamed corn and equal amount of milk. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Makes 2-4 servings.
