QUICK MEXICAN SALAD | |
3 c. corn 5 med. red cherry peppers 1 green pepper 1 can Ranch style beans 1/2 lg. onion 10-12 oz. corn chips 1 sm. bottle Catalina dressing Cook corn. Chop peppers and onion; add to corn and mix well with Catalina dressing. Add chips just before serving. Grated cheese may be added if desired. Serves 8-10. |
