STROGANOFF | |
3 tbsp. butter 1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. sour cream 1/2 soup can water Brown steak strips in butter, add onion, mushrooms and seasoning, saute until onion is tender. Stir in soup, sour cream and water. Place in 3 quart baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve over hot parsleyed noodles or wild rice. Makes 4 servings. |
