MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1/2 c. wine vinegar (Regina)
1 tsp. each salt, sugar, and pepper
1 tbsp. dill weed
2 tbsp. Accent
1/2 c. salad oil (Puritan)
1 tsp. garlic powder

Suggested vegetables - FRESH cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, cucumbers, green peppers, carrots, mushrooms.

Mix first 6 ingredients well in blender or shaker. Pour over vegetables of your choice. Marinate for 24 hours, stirring every 2-3 hours.
