GERMAN BEEF ROULADEN 
Beef slices
Onion
Dill pickles
Mustard
Bacon
Salt
Pepper

Use ingredients depending on size of Rouladen. I place as many as I can on end so it will roll well and flavor meat well.

Lay beef slices on counter top. Spread with thin layer of mustard, salt and pepper. On 1 end of beef slice place diced bacon, onion, dill pickles. Roll tightly and skewer. Pan fry in oil until brown on all sides. Remove from pan and make a large amount of water gravy. Replace Rouladen in gravy and simmer until tender. Delicious with mashed potatoes and fried cabbage.
