STEAK SAN MARCOS 
2 lbs. chuck steak
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. oregano
Garlic powder to taste
Oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 can tomatoes

Place in large skillet all ingredients. DO NOT brown chuck steak. Simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with spaghetti on the side and a salad. Easy!
